user-friendliness

i recall a conversation with a campmate about the user-friendliness of mobile phones. i was wondering if the LG viewty is user-friendly and this campmate of mine said, "哎呀，没有friendly不friendly的。什么电话习惯了就friendly liao." but user-friendliness is based upon the ease of use at first attempt. not the nth attempt.
to be fair to the machines, when we think of electronics not working the same way they used to, scenes of abuse appear. humans tend to slap the sides of tv, knock the remote controls against their palms, or even tilt and kick the vending machines. those aren't very friendly users, are they?
talk about user-friendliness...
