nus forum toilet is haunted?

a few weeks ago after class, i went to the toilet at nus forum. the toilet was empty, so i headed straight for the last cubicle and gave birth to some chocolate babies. after some time, i began to hear some knocking sound from the next cubicle. it sounded like someone trying to get the toilet paper out and kept hitting the wall dividing my cubicle and his.
i thought, "since when did someone come in? how come i didn't hear the door or footsteps or someone closing the cubicle door next to me?"
so i thought maybe i wasn't paying attention. and i just finished my labour and stood up hoping nothing floats up and stares at me all of a sudden. but i could see the top of the door in the next cubicle still open and i still hear the same knocking sound.
then i thought, "o, this guy's not shitting. he probably just came in to grab some toilet papers."
and so the good-member-of-the-public in me flushed the toilet, opened my door and stepped out. as i went past the cubicle next to me, i looked in and there wasn't anyone. and the toilet was empty and dead quiet. i wasn't expecting it to be crowded anyway since it's the holidays but it was empty and moments earlier before i stepped out, i still heard the sound. i got worried. so i headed for the basin, washed my hands and left the toilet hoping nothing comes from behind or out the door to push me back in. so i got out safe and sound and i thought nothing of it.
a week later, i was walking with serene after class and i needed the toilet.
so i said, "i think i'll go to the forum toilet."
and to my surprise, she actually said, "the toilet very scary. i think it's haunted." or something to that extent.
i was shocked and asked her why she said that. and she related an incident during their orientation.
they were supposed to get a pail of water from the toilet so they headed to the forum toilet. the ladies of course. then 2 guys came and offered to get the water from the gents since the pail would get quite heavy for the girls. then the guys went in and heard someone singing in the 2nd last cubicle. it was late at night. no one else was there. initially, they each thought it's coz they were too tired that's why they are hearing things. so they went out and one of them said he heard someone singing in the toilet. the other was like, "you heard it too? i thought i'm the only one who heard it."
being curious, they went back in. as they opened the toilet, they heard the tap water running and when they stepped in, the water stopped. and some weird noises were heard in that cubicle.
this incident was told to me even before i told serene what i encountered. so i decided to use another toilet instead. creepy? i think it is. but as much as i'm concerned, i think the ladies are fine. i had thought the forum toilet was great since not many people use it and there's a full-sized mirror at the entrance which no other toilets have. come to think of it, is there a reason why the mirror's there?
