no bidding no kidding

i just realised yesterday that i may very well not have the need to bid for any modules this coming semester. if all goes well in the module preference exercise, i would be getting all 5 major modules at 1 point each. that'd be a 5-point deduction and i'd have like a thousand over points to spare in the P account and another few hundred in the G account.
fate has it that i can't take the science of music so i guess that'll be it. but i was thinking of being evil and wicked and when round 3a opens for me to bid for the 6th module, i will throw all my points into some random module and then drop it just before bidding closes altogether, say round 3f or something, if there is.
then something struck me and i thought of banishing myself into the 18th level of hell by bidding for a random module and holding on to it and dropping it just before W grade kicks in. but this actually gave me a better idea that'd work for me. since i can't further malay language, i might as well bid for malay 2, attend the first week of lecture and drop it after that. at least i can learn something from there. if only i can s/u malay language, i might take it but thing is i can't and i don't want to take 6 modules.
so i shall apologise here in advance that if there are open slots for malay 2 in round 3a and that it doesn't clash with any of my other modules, i am sorry to whoever is going to lose in that bidding. then again, who knows there may be crazier people that outbid me. crap, if that happens, i'll just bid for a random module to vent my anger. MUWAHAHAHAHA...
i just hope no nus students see this and complain. c'mon, your turn will come and you will do it too. trust me, it's fun! =D
