    adam cool
    Saturday, June 30, 2007 (12:00 PM)

the first time i encountered adam khoo was some time last year when i was visiting kinokuniya ngee ann city. i remembered how he talked of the shares. how the stock trading movement is like in any given 5-10 years and it moves in only a single direction. upwards. so, in his words, if you do keep the shares for that amount of time, you're bound to reap profits. but that was only a portion of what he shared.

when i arrived at the scene of his talk, it was already in process and at the end of it all, the only thing that came to my mind was, "crap! his way of making money is for rich people." the most memorable thing he said was, "when i was studying in university, i told myself i want to make $10000 a month and when i graduated, i made that amount of money." the next sceptical thought that came in was, "crap! where got so easy? what work did you do? why never share?"

yes. i was that sceptical because i've read a number of books on becoming a millionaire and i found a lot of them crap, that's what reared my scepticism. till i turned on the tv a while ago and saw a programme on adam khoo hosted by guo liang. i sat down to see if this neuro-linguistic programming thing i read off stuart tan's page online is being explained in this show. no, it wasn't really but i had a newfound respect for adam khoo. he shared his experiences and shared how he made $12000 in a mere 3 days. yes it's possible. frugality is important. that, i have. but i lack the drive perhaps. it's only at this time that i do realise, conversations with god, secrets, think and get rich, they all talk about the same thing. neuro-linguistic programming. believe.

it's time to start programming. java, c, c++, c#? what are those? try neuro-linguistic.
